Aided നിയമനം എന്നവിഷയം പറയുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ സഭയും സമുദായങ്ങളും ഒന്നായി govt. നെ ഭീഷണി പെടുത്തും. അതിനെ പിന്താങ്ങാൻ സാദാരണക്കാരനെ കരുവാക്കും. Aided ജോലി മാന്യമായി കിട്ടിയ ഒരാളും ഈ കേരളത്തിൽ കാണില്ല

Degree 3 or 4 PG and Phd - 4-5 years (You can become between 25-30 for sure. But focus on getting maximum scores like publications, conferences, etc.

NET പാസ്സായാൽ അതിനുള്ള യോഗ്യത ആയി. യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ PhD വേണം. ഗവണ്മെന്റിൽ PSC വേണം. ഐഡഡ് and self financing കോളേജിൽ അവരുടെ ഇന്റർവ്യൂ പാസാകണം

No difference. All those who teaching in college are lecturers. Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Processor are based on seniority

You can write examinations. Since it's subject based focus on self study. For your long-term success, I suggest to publish articles 7-10 in ABDC, WoS journals
