Ryan's persistent presence on social media, showcasing his entrepreneurial journey, initially grabbed the attention of Grant Cardone. The discussion delves into the parallels between baseball and business, emphasizing the importance of consistency and dedication for success. Facing financial struggles, earning just $1200 monthly, Ryan's openness to exploring new business ventures, particularly in real estate, became a turning point.
The conversation navigates through real estate dynamics, dissecting the significance of good loans, leveraging debt, and the impact of liabilities on individuals facing foreclosure. Reflecting on hindsight, both Ryan and Grant express the wisdom of acquiring homes with a long-term vision, challenging the notion that waiting for a market crash is the only strategic entry point.
The complexities of flipping apartments are discussed, with Grant advocating for investing in established buildings. Emphasizing the value of holding onto assets for a decade, they introduce the tactic of overpaying for quality assets, highlighting its relevance for long-term investors rather than flippers.
Ryan's evolution into the education sector of real estate, culminating in Wealthy Investor, covering various aspects from Airbnb to rentals and flips, and how he now has several more businesses that provide services and education, is explored. The conversation extends to the critique Grant receives, attributing it to his bold and successful persona. They acknowledge the price of being controversial on social media, with both agreeing that facing criticism is inevitable.
Reflecting on their social media journeys, Ryan regrets not starting earlier and emphasizes the shift from pursuing perfection to prioritizing volume over quality. Grant finds excitement in debating controversial topics, standing firm against criticism and proudly defending his beliefs, particularly on sensitive issues like the indecent exposure that is celebrated during LGBT parades. The discussion underscores the challenges and rewards of maintaining a bold presence in the online sphere.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!

Starting early is simply the best way of getting ahead to build wealth, investing remains a priority. I learned from my last year's experience, I am able to build a suitable life because I invested early ahead this time.

Exactly. That's my major concern and what kind of investment can someone make with the current worsening economic situation.

I was an unexperienced stock trader and i lost over $30K when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I find one source to recover my money, at least $5k profits weekly. Thanks so much Mrs Georgia Robinson

Making not less than $200k in different income flows that do not depend on the government is the wisest thought that is in millionaires minds today, I'm thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $97k in a single month for the first time, this success reinforces the importance of the advices mentioned earlier, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in gold, silver and digital currencies (BTC, ETH.... stock, silver and gold)

Warren Buffet's quote applies to stocks AND real estate. "It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price" Same thing as what Grant Cardone is saying.

Sustainability!! - those that did buy, won't realize it was a bad decision until down the road. - the average American ($47,000 a year) cannot afford current price homes. - the economy is run by what the average American can afford. - the 6 figure and above earners, cannot sustain the economy.
