i was wondering... you have people like myself and friends etc from previous colleagues, why don't you start your company "proeprly" so i am assuming you do most of the essay and work realted consultation by yourself... why not make an app a website but have others on your rosta to diversify and have other people with different skills get big and millionair lol even start your own online tutoring classess different subjects etc.. have each person that works for you rated by their students ananymously but only students that got their services through the site etc. the specifics can be talked out but yeah lol (ignore spellings i won't correct it)

Isha prayer is at 11pm and morning prayer is 3:30 am in the summer time (at least the state I’m in ). The prayer dictates my schedule! Alhamdullilah

I always got anxiety in the mornings getting ready, especially during my academic years. Instead of looking forward to the day, I would wake up with a worry/ stressed which has grown with me into adulthood and hate mornings. Defo need to unlearn this behaviour ASAP!

1. Wash up, pray, have tea and make a list that I use as vrain dump, check my agenda, do 5 things that i need to do for myself before 9 in the morning. 2.gratefulness, the reason for this day and 5 mains goals. I write these down. 3. alone, in silence, with tea I'm a morning person ONLY because I love the peace and quiet so much. In my house they like to sleep in so I enjoy my cup of tea alone, in the morning, and get things done. By the way walking for 45 minutes after dinner helps.the body to gey ready for bed.

walking after eating isnt good because you should let the blood go to your stomach for digestion. and exercising close to bedtime makes it harder to sleep due to adrenaline rush apparently

I’m very much morning person and I love waking up in the morning. I do almost all recommendation you’ve highlighted. However, Isha is very late and Fajr is early morning. After Fajr I tend go back to sleep and every time, all the time I wake up 6-30am. I usually sleep 5-6 hours. God forbid missing my prayer, if wasn’t praying I can usually sleep from 8pm.

I appreciate this video... but at the end of the day this isnt going to work for most people.. maybe for a week or so but not for a long time. I woke up at 6:00am 7 days a week for 7 years. Everyday i dreaded it. I am so thankful for lockdown letting me sleep in for more days of the week.

I used to stay up late and wake up late a few years ago at uni. Since working, I started becoming a morning person. Now, sometimes during weekends I even naturally wake up earlier than work week 😂

I got to bed at 4 am and wake up at 6 or 7 pm. I am a night person. I love going places at night. I am a morning person as well because I have classes that start at 9 am and last all day until 5 pm.

Salam sis... Love you soooo much. After a long time I found your video, i was missing your productivity videos. Alhamdulillah I’m happy to see you as with a new born. This way we can see more productive things how you manage together... Sis, small request, can you make a video on how you are focusing on your study and work. And how you are finding this new life as a mom xxx

1) Slow, unstable, lazy 2) Food, tasks, clothes 3) Early, slow, motivated Edit: Two things that I am going to try to do tomorrow are to literally JUMP out of bed Insha'Allah and spend some time gazing out of the window for natural light, my all-time favourite thing to do.

I've been struggling with feeling rested since my autoimmune thyroid disorder, unfortunately. I never seem to feel well rested and i suffer from brainfog and overall tiredness very often...It's so hard to do academia with this illness and people seem to think I'm lazy or have short term attention :(

1) Early, anxious about mosquitoes and bees, slow 2) “Ya Allah please do not let me worry about your creations and let me focus I trust you okay” “are the neighbours looking” “ God, j don’t understand this” 3) Fast, mentally/emotionally/physically prepared, and calm, 100% distraction proof

1. Sleep at around 11 (cuz my mom forces me to do so). 2. "Damn, why is it (the bell) ringing right now?. I am not ready to wake up yet, I want more sleep". 3. Ready, exciting and quick.

These are my key takeaways after watching the video: 1. If I want to wake up at around 6, I should go to bed at around 9. Recently my bed-time routine is to jotting down my to-do list for the day after and listening to some Budha's teachings, I think it already works quite well. Just need to make sure that I do it everyday (cuz there're some chaotic days, I skip few parts). Ah, plus, I should stop using my phone 30m before bed. 2. Stick to the sleep window (don't go to bed later than scheduled). Don't press snooze (what I *always* do...), try not to go back to bed. 3. Try to stick to the schedule even in the weekends (which is a new idea to me).
