true. I started 4 years ago with low quality videos. then i quit in 2021 because my vr broke. i came back in december and got 500+ subs in 2 months. If you make good content and just play what you enjoy, you will make it eventually. it is hard sometinmes, yes and im definetily not a big Rectuber but if you push through you can achieve great things! Amazing Video Tara!

Edit: Indeed be patient.No matter how good you are, there will be times where you get nothing. Almost no views or subs. But keep pushing through. Seeing people like Slat or Mavinvr are making me continue. I knew mav since 2k subs and when i quit rec room completely and came back, he now has 93k and Slat 200k. Just do what you enjoy. You wont get far with content you hate.

This is an amazing video! Been doing youtube for over 7 years, and just about 2 years ago i hit 1k on my other channel. As someone with a bit of experience having some popularity on KZfaq, these tips are extremely useful, and though your subscriber count should already prove it, i can confirm these tips100% work. I'm just now starting to do rec room content, so even though I pretty much know all of these already... these tips will help me a ton. Thank you!!

Thanks for making this and mentioning the social anxiety. I’m also an adult and my SA is AWFUL. Any time I’m approached by anyone in Recroom I feel the shyness hitting hard and I don’t know what to say or where to virtually put my hands. It’s like real life times 1000 because I only have half of the body to worry about but I focus on that so much more. I hate it! In front of an audience? Love it. Streaming? Also love it. On video? Can nail it! Talking to someone one on one? Smack me. Ugh But I’m hoping this game will help me learn how to be more confident and talk to people. 🎉cheers!

This is wonderful! I'm definitely still debating whether KZfaq is worth the effort, but I'm trying. An issue I've been having is that I can't stop saying things like "Oh, I need more RAM because my PC won't record without lag" or "I don't have good editing software so I can't do it" but I need to stop and start believing in myself without worrying about that. I do think KZfaq is an amazing career/hobby and I still want to do it if possible. You're still my fave RecTuber and I love seeing your videos! Thanks for being awesome Tara. Why did I type so much? I'm sorry :,)

Great video Tara! Ive recently made the choice to become a rectuber. Since its during a vacation though I can only watch recroom videos. So Im trying to get to know the recroom creators. I already can recondize a few like Mav, Boe, and so on. I cant remember their names super well yet but soon hopfully I will. I learned so much about recroom already and am so excited to get home and make some videos with friends. I know I wont be famous fast. Ive been doing youtube for 5 years at this point. I keep forgeting its been that long. At in those 5 years only got around 100 subscribers across 2 channels. I feel like this is a good choice for my channel though. Minecraft is... getting boring. And for around 1 of those years of youtube I didnt even edit. Anyway, Im excited.
