The bottom line is that you MUST still go and learn to become a registered nurse in CANADA. You must pass through the process before you can be qualified as a nurse, NO SHORT CUT. The truth is that it is more demanding and more challenging with no science background but not impossible. However , people must know that it is not a WALK in the PARK; YOU must put in the work and don't expect to just walk into it without years of consistent handwork. It does not work like that.

@@Joypopins Then its either you did not read what I wrote or you failed to understand it. I will suggest that you read it again. I worked in the health care for years, people don't have to come and make things seems easier than it should be. There is no need for exaggeration so that you don't raise false hope. You need to be balanced in your reporting.

@@nnekaezeanya. You lost me there, if you have a nursing degree, you don't have to do over your nursing degree here in Canada There is a process to get your degree assessed. Then you write your NCLEX.

I am so grateful I found this video 🥺 I am a 300lvl student in microbiology. I want to apply for an accelerated nursing program in Canada and before I apply for that program, I have to do some prerequisite courses in nursing e.g Anatomy. I wanted to ask can I do those prerequisite courses in the university where I plan to do my accelerated nursing program in Canada or I should do my prerequisite courses in another University where they offer those perquisites courses and after I have gotten my results, I can then apply for the university of my choice where I plan to do my accelerated nursing program.

Have you been struggling with NCLEX be it LPN or RN, have you taken the exam for more than once? Are you taking it for the first time? Do you have a too busy schedule to study? Get to Dr Needham for your NCLEX assistance. I’m so happy I finally passed my exams thanks to him. He’s got a magical qbank which will help you become a RN.

Both routes don’t affect your Canadian nursing licensing journey. So it all depends on what you wanna go for. A video about my personal nursing experience will be out soon. So please keep an eye out.

Canadian schools don’t typically accept HNDs for masters or PhD but I don’t know if this would have an impact on a bachelors in nursing. I think you should verify with the school you’re applying into just so you know their necessary requirements and you are on a safe side. Every schools requirements can be a tad different
