I feel like whenever I want to cry all I could do is cover it with a smile, but when people say like “Oh are you ok?” All I say is “Yeah Im fine” but sometimes I would burst into tears like when someone’s bursts their anger at me or they yell at me they expect me not to cry bc I’m to old to be crying I don’t think I’m ever to old to be crying like if I feel hurt I could cry but I do have strict parents and not in a mean way but I do love my parents but sometimes when I open up to them they just don’t get it and telling me to be quiet or like when I cry real hard they just tell me to walk it off or just go into my room and hush. To the point where I can’t tell them anything and I just don’t feel like telling them anything, sometimes I would cry after school when someone tells me something mean or they say something that I cannot hold my tears so I just hold it in or go into the restroom and cry for a bit. Each time my mom says “What’s wrong..?” I don’t say anything at all I just don’t really feel that I can say it to them cause they won’t get it or they would say it’s nonsense and that I will be fine I AM NEVER ABLE TO TELL ANYONE ANYTHING CAUSE THEY SAY ITS NONSENSE OR IM JUST FACING THE CHILDISH BULLYING I JUST HATE IT. so I feel like to.. idk how to say it but, gosh I feel so much better saying this! I hope you read this and tell me some tips of yk trying to open up more just like I did now. You’re prob the best person for tips and confidence thank you so much I appreciate you so so so much.
