I think I somewhat started doing this, in small ways. With friends, especially new friends who I'm still getting to know, I let them know my availability for stuff rather than going too much out of my way to make time for them. As a Generator, I respond to their advances and then decide what is best for me and my friends are quite agreeable and see my responses as reasonable. I've also started lowering the percentage of my work capacity from 100% to 70-80% so I can work better and feel better. In a way, I'm making my time expensive which I greatly like and will continuously foster.

That is really great advice. The only thing I would say is that I would not call that rock-bottom. you have a supportive family you’re not homeless or destitute or almost completely destitute. You were in college you were in your early 20s. I understand that’s how you felt about your situation at the time. I’ve been rock-bottom. I’m in rock-bottom now.. My significant other banded us after giving us Covid and left us homeless and almost completely destitute we lost our house, etc. We have no support system. And what I learned like many other things in life is that people say it will go here they’ll help you go there the hell help to help you. And I know now that is something that they tell the Normies so that the Normies can have a false sense of security that people are out there getting help and you really can’t.

Omg I thought I was the only one with this kind of relatives 💔 I have a very dificult aunt who critizes me since I am a teenager (!) what most gets her upset is that I except when other people do nice things for me. Her daughters are so manipulated by her they believe they shouldnt have a smartphone and when you offer them food, they would just ask for bread without anything.

Whatever you might say to convince me but that part of increasing prices to not get your time & energy taken advantage of seems incorrect or rather unfair to a person that may be in real need of your course and working hard to save up for it. Women start from their lowest points when reaching out for help & your range of 'affordable' might not be their range of affordable. Even biggest of business people are prone to insults and nasty face to face encounters when the circumstance is present. They don't hike their prices or totally cut out media presence? A wrong client is simply just a wrong client. Mass audience supportive to you don't deserve price hikes so that you can weed out undeserving ones. However, I definitely agree on being Expensive with your self value and energy with others. Cheers.

The rude lady I think had it had nothing to do with you lowering your value. It was just a toxic person trying to get in and devalue you or see if they could get you to go along with your devaluation. Of course you did not because you are professional. However there are people who do and would be and are grateful for Helpful and generoussituations. When they are not it tells you a lot about that person and their core being.
