The best short and concises use of LRcc new making tools.tutorals. I have watched many some, 1/2 hour long and still not understanding. I have used LRcc for years and think about all the pic's rejected since new masks not available. Useing select subject on top of the radail mask was really interesting. Is it simiral to interceting masks? I really haven't used that or lumiance mask. Maybe you will do or have done? First time here, subscried, rang the bell and thinking about unsubscribing from some others! Ha!

Great video Tim. The exposure trick to help it do better selections is dope! Please picture yourself having shot with crop sensor cameras needing more DOF and bokeh. You did soften elements and that's good. The issue is they didn't group the edits made to the subject, with the subject mask. Same for sky. Any selection additions and subtraction you make on those, have to be repeated on each new gradient or other adjustment mask. To me this is just a make work process. The subject and all additions and subtraction on it, should be GROUPED so that the group of them can be subtracted, added copied and inverted etc. Wouldn't that make more sense?

Hmm I’m with you that there’s probably heaps of videos on it, it’s a massive update with plenty of interest. But I personally don’t think that has anything to do with McKinnon haha just a very popular topic. The only other ones I’ve seen pop up (including my own) were all posted before he shared his. Stiff competition once he shares something 😅
