my card is recording two the same files instead just one . who knows why ? red epic dragon

Welp, just started my black shade not longer this video considering I decided to watch both Jersey Filmmaker's recent tut, along with RED's official tutorial and neither mentioned jack shit about formatting the mag prior to a black shade and I had a huge hunch I needed to do that first. Hope it doesn't ruin the shade.

Bi-monthly or during big temperature changes such as a shoot in the scorching sun or brisk winter time. No clue how you would tho since you still gotta let it run for like an hour and shoots are usually tight.

Ay Star why? Because RED is shit? I own an Amira and a RED Scarlet-W and a Sony FS5. They all have pros and cons. Overall, in MY opinion, RED is a shitty camera - it produces a nice image but the camera is a ballache to use.
