• DIY RHINESTONE TSHIRT
****CORRECTION****. SS10 rhinestones are 2.70-2.90mm. I misspoke and said my SS10 rhinestones were 5mm.

I use a Cricut Maker to cut my rhinestone templates. The cutting software I use to cut my rhinestone templates is called Sure Cuts A Lot.

Sorry for the late response! Thank you!!! I buy my transfer tape from a place called Axiland in downtown Los Angeles. It's really good transfer tape and it's quite reasonable for its quality in my opinion. 😊 g.co/kgs/r6q2VE

Hi. Can my cricut air explore 2 create templates? Is it true that the shirts have to be polyester? Because I see you’re using cotton.. I’m so confuse.. Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi Isa! I've never used the Air Explore 2 personally, however, I did find this video. Based on this video, it looks like you can. Your instruction manual will probably include some information on this. You need to use polyester fabric when you are SUBLIMATING. However, you can press heat transfer vinyl and hotfix rhinestones on cotton.😊 I hope this helps.❤ kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i62BYLZkp5bHgJs.html

Very cute ! I want to learn how to do these types of shirts. When you say software used, is it a font inside of cricut ? Or how do we download sure cuts a lot

Hi Shay! Thank you!!! Sure Cuts A Lot is a software download you can purchase for use with your cutting machine. I paid about $50 for the original version. There's also "Pro" version that has even more features than the original version. Here's a link to the software manufacturer's website so that you can read up on it. Hi Jay! Thanks for watching! If you purchase ready-made rhinestone templates, you don't need any additional software. You only need the software if you intend to design your own rhinestone templates from scratch. I hope this helps. 😊

You did an AMAZING job! Which cutting machine did you use to cut your design? I want to start doing rhinestone shirts. Question... when washed do I have to worry about the rhinestones falling off the shirt?

So sorry for the delayed response! Thank you! I used a Cricut Maker to cut this design. All I do is wash my rhinestone tees inside out. I hang them to dry, however there are times that I have forgotten and I have accidentally tossed them into the dryer. I have had some of my rhinestone tees for years, and I RARELY lose a rhinestone. If I do, I just replace the lost rhinestone, and I'm good to go. The key is to make sure that you press the moisture out of your garment before you press your rhinestone design on. 😊

Hi Nicole! We found this heat press on Amazon about a year ago. I went back to the link we had gotten it from because we were considering getting a second press so we can complete our large orders quicker. Much to my surprise, that company is no longer in business. It's a really good, reliable press too. I was kind of upset about that. I did end up getting a second press. It's much larger. I made an unboxing video of my new one that I'll be posting soon.

Hello there! Thank you for watching and thanks for the compliment! Unfortunately the heat press that I use in this video is now discontinued. It’s a 15” X 15” heat press with a swing-away handle and pull-out platform. It also has hat press and a mug press attachments. There are definitely a lot of them out there. If you Google heat presses, you should find a lot that are very similar choose from. 😊

Hi Alain, thanks for watching! This particular template was done using Sure Cuts A Lot. Recently I have started using Silhouette Studio because in my experience, I have found it to be more intuitive and more user friendly.
