It does work and will block access even if you try to change it back to giving access. It requires a Admin password. However, if you right click on the folder it will allow you to rename the folder, delete the folder, copy it when logged in as someone else

it blocks the acces to the folder but if the user acces the file through windows search (even if it is inside that denied folder) it can view it.

but if someone has used Admin password to access that folder with visitor account, then the Visitor account is no longer block, it will now have full-control..... so now someone else can now use the visitor account and still able to access the restricted folder. so not convenient..... is there any way to always restrict user access? even if they have accessed with Admin password they will always need to input the admin password......
