For online booking for now screenshot and print of the webpage should be sufficient however in some cases authorities r demanding certificates but balmer lawrie give certificates only to booking made from their office offline.

Unfortunately the guidelines are quite clear sir without the screenshot and declaration, the sanctioning authority would not pass the claim. However u can try to give a declaration that u booked on that date only, and if ur supervising authority issues a sanction order or something like that then only the pao office wd pass the claim.

Apko eforms me jake email id se login krna pdega and then mobile no bhi add krke otp se verify krna hai. After that u will get option on left corner to apply for govt Id there are 3 steps in which u have to fill ur personal details and office details. Important thing is that u give the proper govt mail ID of our office head who will authorize ur application at reporting level. So after fill all the details and give 2 choices of names for ur gov mail id and the final thing is to upload a scan copy of ur Id card. And then while verifying there are 3 options I think in which one is with aadhar kyc, one is online and other by office so select via office(not sure about exact option names). Then u will have to ask ur office head approve ur application and then it will go with few other stages and u will get msg on ur gmail and mobile when ur gov id is created and approved.

Bhai Govt Mail Id only Officers ko milti jo non-gazetted officials hote hai unko as per policy flight ke liye entitled nhi hote but only ye 4 jagah ke liye flight ka reimburse ho jata hai... Isleye non-gazetted officials ko govt mail id nhi hoti hai..... Aur agr hoti hai ....then explain.....

Bhai mere office me LDC, level 3 ko bhi banana pda hai govt mail ID to open account in PFMS, Ap apne department me puch , main 100% surety se bol skta hu ki govt mail id sbki banti whether u r gazetted or not it doesnt matter as I am also not gazetted yet but have govt mail id which I had to use to create acc. In balmer lawrie, as a govt official.

Agar Level 6 ya usse upar ho to official tour ke liye economy class flights le skte ho not for LTC, LTC ke liye level 9 ya usse upar hona pdega for other regions except these 4.
