Can we pay via someone else's debit visa card or is it must to have my own?? I'm facing this issue that by trying to pay via someone's else card my payment is getting declined again and again. Can you plz elaborate?

To edit your date of birth you would need to generate a complain or you can contact them and sort your problem.

First open oet website and on the top there would be an option of "contact us" click on that complete the questionnaire after it.

Then they will contact you via a email and will help u with your problem. I also had a issue with my picture when I was registering but I followed these step and the resolved my problem within a week.
