Dude I really like your honest approach to climbing in general. In respect to outside sends being way more satisfying; that’s because when you’re climbing outside you are actually rock climbing. When you’re inside you’re pulling on plastic. I totally agree with ‘ not stressing the grades’. Be inspired, challenge yourself, have fun and you will improve.

The comment on the sike indoors really hit home. I just send my first project outdoors and my first session back in my home gym felt like i was chasing a high i could not really satisfy 🙁

I did “In The Beginning” a few months ago as my first boulder outside! It felt a lot higher than it looked on camera. Im also a v6 climber indoors and also had a tough time with the start - great advice!
