When you heat the evaporator the air inside expands. Since you pinched off the outlet of the evaporator the only place the expanding air can escape from is through the area you are brazing. That results in a leaky joint.

Hello sir technician came yesterday evening he just recharge gas and told me there is no leak at back at any joint he didn’t flash he didn’t vaccum and filled gas and fridge status is very good now today no issue came but other technician told me that the leak was at NRV but it’s ok now and working from last 24 hrs freezer at -22 minus fridge at 2 degree Celsius now sound body condenser are heating and no issue found he didn’t check leakage at both evaporators said no leak just open and see the pipes there was no leak signs as five days back one technician vaccum and recharged gas but with two hours gas leaked as he told me evaporator May leak and gone didn’t came back will update you for any issue or suggestions Thankyou for your kind help 02 April 2022 7:10pm mumbai

Update Sir technician did work on 01 April 2022 evening and last 04 April fridge is low cooling sweating inside and very low ice in freezer and fridge side low cooling pls suggest me a good technician who u know in mumbai they can do as I think it’s body condenser is leak or choke can we fix external condenser like in old time fridge and how much feet condenser should be used in 585 ltr Samsung inverter model with or without that square SUB condenser near fan pls reply me 05 April 2022 2:22pm

@@techman6431 350 liter external condenser can me use., and sub condenser no need to change. sir we do sirvice in hyderabad so we don;t know any one in mumbai

Sir I had seen video they fixed 220 x 2 external condenser with Sub condenser. And I don’t know Sub Condenser is ok or leaked.

Aur ek best idea hai, if we cut the aluminum pipe and fix the union joint, another side we fix easily copper pipe and welding capiliri, i doing in this way many times and didn't get any leakage. Anyways each person's have their technical skills i truly respect them. Nice video thanks for uploading.

The flame is too big, the othe end of evaporator is sealed and will cause pressure which will result in poor brazing. Also don't use grinder or saw. Possibility of fillings to enter the evaporator. However. Good try.

Agar capillary cut se pahele thoda water paper se clean ye useki polish haata dete toh itna heat ki jarurat nahi hota aur v assan leak proof hota hai. Humlog toh last teen sale se ayse leak proof alumunium copper joints kar raha hun.

i usually use coper rod instead of aluminum and the hole on copper is very small which is make it hard to effeciency preveted cloges in future good job needs probably attention not cloged the tube cap
