Being challenged is inevitable - being defeated is optional. We are challenged every day - by different types of barriers we face at every turn of our lives - it could be societal, cultural or systemic barriers. The list just goes on.
Who build these barriers? Why do these barriers exist? How do we break the barriers? Malar is passionate about unleashing peoples’ potential. She has over 15 years of multifaceted experience in championing the development and empowerment of underprivileged women, children and minorities in Malaysia. She has formulated new concepts and ideas to strengthen the mission of her organization, led new initiatives and maintained team spirit despite times of uncertainty and change. Malar held key positions in various organizations and has vast professional
network with government agencies, corporate and the non-profit organizations. Best known for her dedication, passion, interpersonal and communication skills, her services are much sought after. Her passion to transform and realize human potential serves as guide and mentor in developing her leadership skills. Min 12:14 Common ground ?🤔 No matter what message you are about to deliver somewhere, whether it is holding out a hand of friendship, or making clear that you disapprove of something, is the fact that the person sitting across the table is a human being, so the goal is to always establish common ground. - M A

How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours. Mind is consciousness which has put on limitations. You are originally unlimited and perfect. Later you take on limitations and become the mind. "If you think you are big, you become small. If you know you are nothing, you become unlimited. That's the beauty of being a human being." We *Exist* but we Aren’t *Real*
