Imagine if you were playing Yu-Gi-Oh!/Pokemon, but you got to decide the order you drew your deck. That's how it feels to play Chain of Memories lol you feel so strong. Great video!

I felt so proud of myself when I cam up with idea to make "two decks in one" where I would set up the deck in such a way where after the first card in a sleight was removed, the cards remaining could be combined into a second sleight. Like having a fire and two keyblades to do fire raid, then making sure the numbers of the keyblades add up to whatever sleight I want. So I could do a bunch of fire raids then once I used those switch to ars or ragnarok and so on. In hindsight probably not the most revolutionary tactic but I made me feel smart

Have you considered doing a similar video for Birth By Sleep? It's also got some strats that can break with a little bit of grinding. An optimal way of doing that would be interesting

Why would you recommend Halloween Town before Monstro? Monstro is by far the most challenging early game world

Can you explain why doing 10 dodge rolls and such and all that helps with farming enemy cards?
@snakwa
@snakwa 28 күн бұрын
Sure. Enemy cards are based around RNG, but the different factors (rolling, striking an enemy to start an encounter, etc) create pseudorandom numbers which can’t be easily predicted thanks to those variables. The pseudorandom numbers give higher chances of receiving enemy cards, and make the process much easier. I have a video linked in the description by DERIKUF that goes more into depth if you’re still curious about it, as he was the person to find the RNG manipulation strategies in the first place I believe.

You totally missed the most crucial thing about this game and why everyone sucks at it. The Strike, Thrust, and Finisher mechanic. The keyblade order is important. You can make so much more effective use of your deck and CP. I see no quick deck scrolling whatsoever in any of the gameplay. Just mashing triangle.. People that say they're "good" at ReCom just overlevel and use OP sleights... No skill.

If you’ve watched a video on people cheesing fights in Re:CoM, then the whole point of the guide was to explain how to do stuff like that for the whole game. Also I never said that this makes you “good” at the game, I’m well aware that these strategies could be considered scummy, but that was the point.
