Great step by step breakdown. So I can do shoulder, baby, and turtle freezes pretty decent, but whenever I try to practice anything like tabletop, pilot, or chair freeze I get scared to shift my weight to the side, because it feels like my one wrist is holding too much weight/will snap if I go too far. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Hey homie, you can send video on my Breaking made simple community page if you want more in depth help but without seeing it this is my suggestion. 1 Make sure your hands are facing diagonal front. 2 Make sure you're conditioning them daily. 3 Make sure you can hold each tabletop freeze one handed before switching. Hope that helps a bit man best of luck! PEACE

@@MagnusMagneto Thanks man! I think the conditioning part is definitely a big factor, as I've mainly just been doing inner knuckle and general fitness stuff. Do you have a ballpark of how many days/weeks it might take for noticeable results? Thanks again!
