I looked it up goldfish don't need any substrate, they would like it but maybe this owner feels his fish get too hurt with substrate or function better without it

I really hope you invest a better mic or sumn like that, which could catch natural sounds when you are dealing with fishes. Ya know, water flow's sound is really relaxing, and watchin the fishes swim serenely. Anyway great content , keep it up

How long should goldfish be allowed to lay their eggs after they start spawning around 6am? Is 3 hours enough? Can you answer this quickly?

Attention: he never cycled this tank! The fish may die if there is an ammonia spike. If you are planning to keep the parents in they tank with the babies please research “the nitrogen cycle”

Based on how he did his things there... he's probably a successful breeder already and looking at the males and female goldies he had... they are as healthy as can be, if not he won't be making this video, you too need to learn more on how to quickly cycle a tank... good bacteria to reduce ammonia can be anywhere from a cycled tank, he probably used some materials from a cycled tank already like the filter, hose, rocks, net and stuff... do your research dude...

It's common knowledge to use precycled media(in this case the sponge) when setting up a new aquarium/pond. If people didn't know then they shouldn't be breeding goldfish in the first place. Oh and also you're never supposed to keep the parents with babies, what led you to that idea?

I liked ur videos and following the given tips. I have an aquarium where in fish hatches eggs and then I separate the eggs for breeding.. there were so many tiny fishes and the very next day there were only 2 fishes left.
