Thanks for the video. Altbier is a great alternative to to have on hand,I am excited to brew your version. I appreciated that you give the water profiles in your recipes, this is key to making a great beer.I was intimidated for awhile to alter the water, but its so worth it.

Thank you so much! I was surprised with how much I enjoyed this altbier. And you are 100% correct - if I could make one suggestion to any new homebrewer it would be to work on their water profile.
