In this episode, we will brew homemade beer in a pot! It will be an Amber Ale. The base will be Vienna and wheat malt. I will show all the stages from pouring water to tasting the finished beer! I will explain the recipe and show the ingredients I will use!

Beer Recipe: Amber Ale (17 L):
Ingredients:
- Vienna Malt - 2 kg
- Wheat Malt - 1 kg
- Melanoidin Malt - 400 g
- Water:
- 17 L (mash water)
- 3.5 L (sparging water)
Mash Steps:
- 55°C - 20 min
- 63°C - 30 min
- 67°C - 40 min
- 72°C - 20 min
- 78°C - 5 min
Hops:
- Spalter Select - 10 g 60 minutes before the end of the boil
- Spalter Select - 20 g 20 minutes before the end of the boil
- Spalter Select - 20 g 5 minutes before the end of the boil
Yeast:
- MANGROVE JACK'S - 11 g
Carbonation:
- Carbonate with CO2 at a pressure of 1.8 atm
