You can apply, but the applicant will be in india. So all the documents will be submitted through vfs in india.

No, you have to live here 3 years with certain salary before you can apply stamp 0.

Your wife can apply because she is already there for 3 years but your wife salary needs to consistent amount for the last 3 years.

Atleast your parents can stay as long as they want, no need to go back after 90 days. Your just need to renew their permission every where. So its logically permanent.

Oh yes. Nationality won’t matter in stamp 0. As soon as you meet all conditions, you can apply for parents.

That would be more of joining Family Visa and you have a section called EUTR. but it is good that we meet the financial needs though the rule says income should not be deciding factor. Even I'm looking in that option

60K after tax for one parent for last 3 years prior to your application. This can be one person earning or a couple earning that can add up to 60K after tax.
