as a suit maker i always always always include a wire brush!! because sometimes people dont know where to get them! i provide instructions on where to brush their suit with a diagram with how much i suggest to brush!

That is amazing as always my starchy friend. Note that I called you that because you call yourself a potato. Not a bad thing. The closest I collaborated with Pocari is that I made a cameo in her live stream at FurDU last year. Not as a formal collab as you did with pocars. I’m so jealous for the both of you to collaborate with each other as I enjoy both of your contents.

I'm currently still working on my fursuit and I'm glad I'm not the only one who brushes fur with a tangle teezer! :D I thought I might of been weird for doing that and wondered if this was a good or bad way to brush. :o Also 6:33 Love your Patrick Star voice! XD

Oh my word man!!!! I’m so sorry I just got the chance to watch the episode and........OMG ITS AMAZING!!!!! My two all time favorite Furtubers together on screen! Ironically, I just got though brushing my tail out from last night. I prefer the reverse slicker method, but I want to get a soft brush for lite intermediate brushing so as not to wear the fur out. Much love to you Stormi and Pocari!!!!!! Hope y’all have another collab sometime, truly wonderful seeing both of you at one time!

I like using fur combs. Works wonders on longpile fur, especially lux shag!

Hot tip!: if you have a really bad matte use a wide tooth comb and work gently from the bottom of the matte to the root (comb the bottom of the hair twards the bottom and when you get through, to the bottom go back and start brushing from a little higher to the bottom again) . This is gentler than yanking on the matte and will cause a bit less fur loss.

My sergal has 4" shag fur(bodysuit, ears and tail) and I spend probably 20-30mins brushing just her body + tail XD I prefer the blue brush shown dip in water and held updown and brush after 2 wears before and after or if at a con brush each day I plan to wear her but mostly just her floor dagger tail and face then fully when I get home

If I had a fursuit (someday.......someday....) I would be extremely concerned about the little bits of fur a brush pulls out, because over time that will add up to a cumulative damage to the fur. Is there any way to avoid that? Also, something I always noticed is that while dry hair is hard to comb or brush, wet hair is much easier to comb, especially if it's freshly conditioned since hair conditioner lubricates hair strands. Would it ever be recommended to brush a laundered suit while it's still wet? And along that same line, what if hair conditioner was applied to the fur after washing? Would a brush with fine plastic bristles, rather than wire bristles, be more gentle to the fur material? And last, what about using compressed air to fluff up the fur so it doesn't look as matted as it does after brushing?

When it comes to brushing my fursuit after a wash I do two things once the wash is finished. 1) I use a pin-brush on the bodysuit and parts (gloves, shoes and tail) directly after the wash before I begin drying. I do this because it sets the fur for drying and also because after the wash the fur will be all over the place and using a pin-brush is much easier on the shag. 2) after the bodysuit and parts are dry I brush again with a wire-brush to fluff out the shag.

What do you think of the brushes, that have the plastic bristles, the ball tip bristles and the soft briltles all together in kne brush. I have a brush that I use for my fursuits, I got it at Walmart! It’s done me good! I will show it you on Twitter, just see your input!

I don’t have a brush like that but I have a comb.. will that work? I don’t want to put my partial in the washing machine so I’d rather wash it by hand. I’m worried about the brushing part with a comb. Will it work until I get a brush from Walmart?

I sold my long furred head recently and I told em to brush it once they unbox it cause I knew it was going to be messy, but no, they made a review and put a picture of em with the head, sad to say my heart broke, it wasn't brushed and the fur was messed up

I use my suit very lightly so I've only had to wash it a few times but the purple fur on my suit always comes out kinda greasy and wiggly in pattern and I use a slicker brush on it. I'm not quite sure how to get rid of that??

I don't have a fursuit, but I have a cat with about as much hair as one. Sounds like taking care of a fursuit is the about the same as taking care of your own pet. But this one you wear the skin of. That got dark fast
