You could start by contacting a development company, you suggest your ideas for flavours and they’d make recipe/s and advise on ingredients etc. Then you’d talk to a manufacture to discuss production and costs then a distribution, warehouses, trucks etc. That’s the easy part.. you’ve then got to do Marketing and actually get it into stores.
