Great video, super informative! Another video idea would be how many stocks/ETF's you should hold in your TFSA/RRSP with various dollar amounts such as $1k, $5k, $10k, etc! Or, maybe using WS Trade or Questrade do a long term series on building a new portfolio with the same sort of idea and building from say $1k. Or, have a transparent video and show all your positions in your TFSA/RRSP with the % allocations and $ values! Take care guys!

Awesome end to a great series! I'm a divided series aristocrat here, and as great as they all were, I really liked the picks you guys highlighted for this video. Enbridge's payout ratio particularly was something I had been comparing to their cashflows recently and it was cool to hear that my bullish conclusion may not have been too far off base! As for future videos, I'd definitely watch something looking at finding value in companies that aren't prized for paying a dividend, and maybe are experiencing some negative investor sentiment? I'm sure Brandon's covered it in the past but would be cool to see a more recent take on the pros and cons of value stocks for long term investing and how those would fit into a portfolio, maybe even along with dividend payers already mentioned here! Keep up the great videos guys, I'll probably end up watching whatever you put out anyways 😂🤟

Maybe you guys can analyze each sector(for example, consumer staples, real estate, utilities, etc.) And talk about the historical returns for each sector, the moat, tailwinds, headwinds. And talk about the top stocks in each sector(both canadian and us stocks). Or maybe you guys can do some earnings updates(for the big companies, that people are invested in), or just cover any major financial news(interest rates, inflation, etc).Any video with you guys together is awesome, the dynamic is great because your investing styles/methods are the same but still different.

Aristocrat watcher here lol. Great picks, the only one I would disagree with is ENB (Long Term Deb Issued = Dividends), doesn't seem very sustainable. I like this series. I'm going tot take another look, taking some notes, etc. Things I learnt, or the series got me looking into: The dividend yield on the PURCHASE PRICE is what I care about, and the rate of increase. So, the yield on my BEP.UN stocks are a bit lower than I like right now..but the purchase price was a lot lower when I bought them in 2019 so the yield is at least 50% higher than the current yield rate....plus there were some splits in there...which changes that calculation ( if I were to actually do it!)...anyway, I shouldn't compare my BEP.UN at the current yield to Enbridge current yield, at least, not on it's own. This thing called the 'Chowder score" is a good tool to use. I can tell my dividend and price increase stocks from the higher return but flat price stocks I have. I should split those into their own categories. A few graphs you show showing the effects of reinvesting the dividends ( Home Depot!) were good. I do that, but maybe it should be into the same stock. I have been taking the dividends and buying other stocks to diversify. Or, most of it should be. maybe the increase dividends-increasing price stocks should be walled off from everything else, and be the majority of the portfolio. that speculation and growth stocks are not the same thing. Call a speculation stock by it's real name and have the appropriate expectations. Speculation is gambling, at least to me. Add SOME monthly dividends in there, or use the 'safest of the safe' to park SOME money in, instead of sitting as cash. I should sign up for the monthly subscription!

Thanks for the great Canadian dividend series! Very helpful and informative. Watched and took notes of each one over a 3 day period. Look forward to watching more videos like this. Great job Brandon and Marc! Canadian Father / Son Duo extraordinaire!

@@beaviswealth Had a chance to talk with your other son, J, the other night and signed up for the course. Really looking forward to diving into the content. I need to make one correction with my last comment. It should say Canadian Father / Sons Trio extraordinaire. It was a pleasure to speak with J and to watch B share his knowledge via videos. They obviously have been raised well!! Good job! As for content suggestions for the channel, perhaps delving in a little deeper into a good direction to go for people in the 40's - 50s age would be helpful for us who are investing a little bit later and who are also sandwiched between raising kids and caring for aging parents while balancing finances for kids, ourselves, and our parents. Majority of GenX are in this position and would greatly appreciate gleaning from your years of experience!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWSOME INFO ALL AROUND. CAN I ASK HOW YOU WOULD COMPARE THE ZWB ETF TO THE ZEB WHICH YOU COVERED

Excellent series guys and if you can do one on Canadian dividend ETFs which one u recommend? As for zeb I use to own it and it did pretty well , it's a great way to cover the Canadian banks but when it grew enough for me I sold it and invested directly in 4 of them.

Excellent series! Marc mentioned ZEB, but I would be interested in a comparison video of the 6 Canadian banks. I'm a new investor and have been comparing them myself but would be curious on both of your opinions

There's a pretty good chance we'll work a video in like that before too long. Thanks for the suggestion. - Marc
