Good stuff .. but we build them much easier . We weld the front face retainer to the sides. Then acrylic slides right in . And is glued and kept in place with small welded slides . To the front . Then we build the back with a small lip / sidewall. The front face with side wall .. slide to the backing and screwed in the sides ..

Hey gang simple question I can’t find the info for. I just got a spool of .063 letter coil to teach myself how to do letters like this. If I cut the tape holding this spool together is it going to uncoil violently or just slightly expand? Don’t want to find out the hard way!
