Hi sorry for so late reply, for some reason it was not shown to us. We cut out our arches/curves on our hot wire foam cutter CNC, using a special type of polystyrene (EPS200) for this purpose, we also use a 5-axis CNC milling machine for the corners.

Yes and no, there is a lot to learn from timlpase. We do not discuss the materials used, because they are available or not for different countries, we only present the general principle of building cyclorama. The plasterboard walls system is a generally available standard around the World, but in some countries the joints may be different - e.g. grouting plasterboard. Leveling the floor can also be different in each country. We showed the general rules and time that you need to spend on it.
