Life long motocross guy but man these videos are the true essence of just buddies making it happen, we do the same thing in the hills building jumps, I will never be man enough to touch a skateboard but always tune in to watch skate history/ diy/ drainage ditch jams! such a fun looking scene! I really appreciate you guys showing the dimensions. He says "67 degree angle" but if you do the math with the measurements shown it is actually 73 degrees

This is my kind of session. Excellent. I'm on the east coast our curbs are awful most of the time but some of the best times I've had on a skateboard is just a parking block session with a bunch of the boys in Baltimore.

It would have been nice to have included info like what the best aggregate and ratios are for this purpose. I know they have vinyl aggregate, and some sand mixes are more slippery than others.

You can just shoot your forms down with concrete nails next time from a gun. You also don't need to put those top blocks on the form, so you can actually edge it.

There's a spot by me that has 2 short but really good double sided curbs with about a 6 inch gap in between them that I want to fill. Anybody know if that'd be possible without making a form? Dry-ish mix? Or a certain type/mix of concrete/cement? I'm pretty handy but never messed with concrete and don't wanna fck up a decent spot.
