I like the final look, very neat! The only thing I would do different would be on the bottom layer, you don’t need to chisel off the bottom lip, just tap an indentation in the base sand so the lip will hold the bottom row. That’s how I did my wall 20 years ago and it still looks just like it did back then. My wall is over 50’ long and it is terraced in two levels. The first level is 48” high and the second wall is 16” tall set back 5 feet.

When you’re filming raking or any work make sure that the cameras pointed toward the work that you’re doing. The camera was cutting off the footage of the rake on the ground so I couldn’t see what you were actually doing

It's labor intensive gathering the blocks and arranging them, take a lot of breaks...you should be fine
