Fantastic tutorial! Garages have been a bane of my existance but these worked wonderfully

I like how this tutorial is structured. Clear instructions, clear intentions and good execution. You should do stuff like this for something more people are exposed to.

I use terrain tools to cover the foundation, but I'm glad a learned a new method for certain builds :) thank you!

I've seen many different ways on how to build garages in the Sims 4, but I'm getting a little tired of having the whole house be on ground level, all just because I can't figure out how to get a garage to appear functional on foundations. This saved me so much. My childhood home also had a sloped, underground garage, too, so I wanted to make that, but could never figure out how. This means a lot to me.

It blows my mind how some people are able to come up with ideas and fixes like this! Saved me from so much hassle thank you!

Great tutorial, but i just have an idea, what if you use the roof on the ground like a ramp for the garage with foundation? But it looks seem less love it.

How did you delete the first level of the basement? I have the room highlighted and I can’t seem to figure out how to delete it, I’ve tried hitting the delete key but it doesn’t work, I tired just using the hammer to delete the walls but that doesn’t work either! Can someone help me?
