1. 12 2. slip (jab over his shoulder) 3. 232 4. roll (you throw a left hook) 5. say roll or slip on 1 or 2 hits before so know whats coming (timing of calls) 6. 5 off slip, 3 off roll 7. 12slip, 23232roll, 232 8. keep counter odd number, unless slip or roll other way 9. build speed and power

hey man with the boxrope im 6,1 should i get the up to 6,2ft box rope or the taller than 6,2ft? i don’t want it too be too short or too long please help

i would go taller, the longer the better, you can always shorten it if you need to
