Don't sell that little loft short. You did a good job. And, in 5 years you have probably remodeled, and built a whole new one.

Thank you Roland. I'm actually building a brand new loft now. Will be breaking this small one down and throwing it away.

Shortest side is 8’ and the highest is probably 10’.

I don't recall exactly but with all the wood, probably $300-$400? That's not including any siding, roofing materials, windows, etc.
