Hey, that's great! I know it can seem a bit confusing at the beginning, but every minute you spend building, the easier it becomes 😉👍 As a beginner, a few Quick Tips/Tricks that are GREAT to learn on Day 1 are having the "World Space" tab at the top of the Menu checked On, and building as much as possible with the Snapping setting set to "Grid." (You can see me mention both these things in this video) This helps to make sure everything you create are done so perfectly straight and in line with each other (If you don't have these settings set, then you might have walls leaning to the side, or floors that disappear into the ground) Another tip to learn when building (in Grid + World Space modes) are when using the tools like Move, Rotate, Clone... click on the object that you want to manipulate, and then move, rotate, and clone the object by clicking and dragging on the green, red, and blue guides that pop up (depending on which tool you are using, they may be arrows, boxes, rings, etc... but edit objects by interacting with these things, and not the actual object). This again helps to make sure that everything is edited perfectly and in line with each other. Many beginners will just click and hold on the object, and move it in the air with no control... but always using the red, green, and blue pop up tools that Rec Room gives you, this will save a LOT of frustration in the future. (Sometimes you do need to turn snapping off, like I did a few times in the video, to adjust things that you want a little more control over... but I always try to get back to the Grid Snapping as soon as possible 😅👍) Good luck with your building! Just play around with it, and if you make a mistake, just try again! Sometimes (even now) I have to try something a few times to get it exactly how I want to. And remember, the only way we learn new things is by failing to see what doesn't work, and figuring out the reason so you don't do it again... so just enjoy it, have fun... and keep building and keep learning! ✌😉

Wow! You must be going Beast Mode on that Punching Bag! Great Job!! 😎👍 If the bag ever comes out of the box that it is hanging from, use your makerpen and select the tool "Move" and click on the Bowling Ball, and drag it back into the box. You can also click "Configure" and select the Bowling Ball, and go down to the settings, and check that Tab that says "Respawn" and set the Respawn time to 30 seconds, so if it ever falls off again, it will just Respawn into position after a few seconds 😃👍 You might also check that the Configure Settings for (both) Bowling Balls have the "Is Grabable" Tab checked "Off" so you can't accidentally grab the Bowling Balls and pull the punching bag out of position (I have my settings automatically set to turn "Off" everything to be "Grabable" so I forgot to mention this step in the video ✌️😅 Hope this helps a bit! 😉👍

@GoofyKitty_ Sure! ✌️😉 And if you are still having some issues, you can always spawn in my Free Invention in the Invention Store if you search for "JVR - Punching Bag" and you can just spawn mine inside your dorm. All you would need to do is Configure the Bowling Ball inside the Box to "Respawn" and all the other settings should be fine 😅👍
