Hello Shepherds, welcome to the third video in the series. I'll be making the framework for the roof and laying the corrugated sheets on.

Underrated channel is underrated. You need more views and subs.

Fantastic easy to follow video. The best I’ve seen yet filmed by a non manufacturer. Loved your thought process and how you installed without any huge expensive machines. Great work

Great video Eddie, I am going to be building a couple of these when I move out to France next year so your advice and knowledge is very useful, thanks for sharing. I couldn't get the best roof build idea in my head, but you have given me the way so thanks especially for that too, good luck with the rest and will be following your journey

This episode is from November 2021. Did you ever finish building the Shepherd's hut? How did they pull those huts? They look heavy and awkward.

Hi Eddie, are there any more videos or is it only the 3 on the shepherds hut. Would love to have seen how you tackled the doors, windows and interior??? Regards david

Great Eddie, but interior insulation etc? Would love to see. Hope it doesn’t but did your floor boards have a high moisture content when laying? Shrinkage as it dries will just cause gaps but if it was 16 to 18 % you could find it expanding, compromising your end wall rebate junction. Hope its okay. A winter would prove it one eay or other if you didn't take moisture readings. Good luck

Can you please help. Where did you buy the metal sheets? Did they bend them for you? What is the size of timber you use for long central beam and other beams for arch roof rafters?
@eddiegoldsack43398 ай бұрын
The sheets are off an old grain bin and the long beams are pine 2x4's. I made the arches with 2 layers of 18mm plywood

Did you bend the corrugated sheets or find them that way?
@eddiegoldsack43395 ай бұрын
Found them, they are off an old grain bin but there are companies that bend them
