Bill of Material:
1 Set Junker heavy duty rails with latch, 1016 mm, 250 kg
1 laminated ply wood, 15 mm thick, water proof or epoxy coated (Siebdruckplatte)
cut to 1000 mm wide x 1060 mm long
20 Barrel nuts, M6 x 15, stainless
20 Flat head screws, stainless, M16 x 16
Aluminum angle material, 100x50x5 (look out for good quality, straight material with true corners)
Aluminum angle material, 50 x 50 x 5
Lot M6 hex nuts
Lot M6 x 12 button head screw for mounting rails to drawer
1 x Loctite 242
Lot Spacer material as needed (we used aluminum, 40x1 mm cut to 40 mm pieces and drilled 10 mm through
4 pc. M8 x 40 socket head screw, stainless or galanized for mounting the drawer in the car
+ M8 washers
