Go Agile, and this problem would never have happened 😀 The essense in Agile is that you never experience getting a product which is different than you imagined 😉

Good point Flemming. Yes this was one of the reasons Agile was introduced. We train teams in a methodology called Planned Agile which is more suitable for innovative projects and startups where pure agile is unfeasible. Further, in real world settings, many who come from a business background don't get exposed to development methodologies (including Agile) and so one of the important factors we see is supporting more entrepreneurs to understand these aspects of tech entrepreneurship

You may need to look at lists of possible recruitment roles and then search the requirements for each role. You have to think backwards build project one time you can not add any features after fact. You must understand zero changes build it right first time. If you don't you waste time and burn piles cash. But your not going to listen. What this industry expert Fredrik Christenson
