I had a friend that used to be really into doing model cars he taught me a couple a little tricks I never thought of he used to make seat belts out of masking tape and then paint them all up and put them in the car he would also heat the bottom of the wheels up in a skillet so they smash out a little bit it makes it look like the tires actually have air in them in the car has weight it's not just sitting on top of round plastic tires and he would detail the windows so it looks like the windshield wipers have actually ran across the window you know what I'm talkin about where you see the part where the windshield wiper hasn't cleaned it and it's hazier just a little bit those little tiny things like that make a big difference

Squishy. The carbon fibre bonnet is installed halfway into the 4th season, the bucket seat and racing engine is installed in the 2nd season.

Very nice!! I used to build model kits too, when I was younger, but never painted any of them. I mostly bought the tamiya, or testors model kits, because they usually came molded in 3 colors.

Also that engine is inaccurate. The red top implies it's a small port which Takumi never had. He had the earlier big port engine

A trick I learned in my model building days, spray a thin quick layer of clear after masking before putting on the secondary color, this will seal the tape lines and prevents bleeding.

6:11 why the tachometer is at 8000 rpm max? Takumi got a carbon hood after upgrading his tachometers to 11000 rpm and btw Takumi's AE86 got black windows but you have do a nice work.

this is before the upgrades, he shouldn't have painted the hood black, also one small detail takumi has wind deflectors, also when he got the tach and the hood he got a seat as well because bunta injured himself while driving.

If you really want to put another "european" beat in background music take some OST like "running in the 90's" P.S with this question we clearly see that you don't know initial D anime theme
