Wait a second, can I use cherry wood instead of the spruce wood? That would literally give me a perfect cherry wood mansion!

i haven't tried it with cherry wood yet, but i think with the right block choice you can build the mansion with cherry wood too

I cleared out a 75x75 area in advance, where is the building placed relative to each side?

I think you are good to go when you start the Layout Outline at Minute 1:24 (the center block of the first row of 7 Blocks you see in the video outline should be on top of the center of your 75 x 75 Blocks area
