Business Agility is one of the most important topics in the world, and this topic become more important now than ever before, the Agile Portfolio, Program, and Project Management become more popular because of its inherent benefits to the organization.
Agile PMO as a service provider needs to deliver value through building and designing services that are suited for such organizations, and this can’t be done unless the PMO Managers and staff know exactly the challenges and opportunities and how to manage them to maximize the value.
The PMO must play different roles in an uncertain environment to maximize the value it can deliver.
