How To Build Bigger Side Delts | Lateral Deltoid Workout

Need bigger side delts?
I run through a few of my favorite exercises for the lateral part or as it's mistakenly called (by me a lot too) medial part of the deltoid.
I think the best way to really get a connection to the middle part of the delt is to focus on breaking the traditional side lateral raise into pieces. This will help you focus on that specific part of the movement to see if your form is breaking down.
After a few weeks of perfecting the partials you can add side laterals back into your routine, start to progressively add weight and get some really wide shoulders!

His exercises are awesome. I've tried many of his isolation exercises and have gotten great results. I used his posterior felt exercises from another video and connected better than I ever have before. I left gym with some good burn and soreness I never had before in those muscles. He is no nonsense and this is my favorite workout site on KZfaq.

Sean Bennett, I appreciate Ryan’s style too but the missing shirt seems to be a dig against Jeff Cavaliere- is it? Shirt off is important if like Jeff one has a very detailed muscular body so we can actually see for ourselves the layout of each muscle in 4D. If one just shows off then I agree.

I had laid off lifting for a few years because of shoulder pain. It was just rotted from overuse and age. A year and a half ago I had it replaced just so I could sleep at night. Then I started lifting again 4 months ago. Then I started checking out your advice in these videos. This morning some young guy walked over and asked me how I got my shoulders so shaped. (I don't think they are much still) Told him your advice on this video. Made this old man happy. Thanks man!

I been watching your videos for a few weeks now and I never ever tried or even considered partial reps until now. I can't get over how effective they are. I often wonder though how many people in the gym see me doing the exercises like this and comment to themselves, "What the fuck is this guy doing?" Little to they know. Anyways, glad I came across your channel. Also, sometimes I just watch your videos to see what you're going to say. You're dry humor is great. Doubt you'll see this or be able to comment back, but it says a lot about you to take all of this time to share your knowledge of all that you learned over the years with average Joe's like myself and many others. Thank you sir, glad I came across your channel.
