That's definitely a cool way to pull it off, I have done a lot of astral arms builds before, but I could definitely see it working here.

My initial thought was to multi class Druid with Monk. If you can afford it do two levels of fighter as well for the unarmed fighting style and action surge but you need monk ki points for flurry of blows. I know Gara doesn’t do much fighting except when he transforms. Then druids can change shape into an earth elemental.

@DnD Builds i probably played him as a pure warlock. Or maybe warlock Rogue as he unironically is the most ninjalike Jinchuuriki. But I love your wizard build for him. It captures his style. And damn shield at will actually is a really good ability even at higher levels. Always thought the high level wiz abilities were kinda underpowered. But the abjuration wiz actually makes them work

Race- eladrin Let's you teleported up to 30ft. Number of times a day equal to your pro bonus. So it will go up as you level. At level 3 it let's you teleported a willing creature up to 30ft instead of you. (My dm let's me do it to enemies but they have a saving throw) What i did was 6 levels into artificer. Subclass battle smith Get a level 2 spell Vortex wrap that let's you teleported someone up to 30 feet. Con save. Invocation 1.Returning weapon. +1 to hit and damage to a Thrown weapon and it comes back to you. I use a yklwa (1d8 +1 +int) and just think of it as a Kunia knife. That I teleported back to my hand action/bonus action free. 2. boots of winding path As a bonus action you can teleported 15ft back to a space you were at during that turn. 3. Repulsion shield. +1 to ac. When you are hit you can use your reaction to send the dude 15 ft away. (Resingan without damaging) 4 charges a day 4. Spell refuling ring Once a day you can get a spell slot back 3rd level or lower. 5. Anything you want 6 Anything you want 3 levels of fighter for echo knight Teleported between you and your "shadow clone" Feats War caster or metamagic adapt My dm let me replace a cantip with a Resingan (range 5ft 1d8 force damage, pushed 5 ft away if hit. 2d8 at level 5 and so on) I homebrew a feat that my dm is using in his campaign as well. I think it's balanced as well. Feat-basic cast master 1. Get to pick 2 cantrips just like magic initiate. 2. Can cast all known cantrips as a bonus action but as if you were a level 1 character.

@@dndbuilds Starting variant human with the weapon Master feat. Take proficiency in nets and flail. Nets are the key. 9 lvl open hand Monk. Taking battlemaster maneuvers as you lvl. Precisely pushing attack and pary. You use pushing atacks with the nets to lift the enemy 30 ft off the ground. Restrained with the nets. Use your monk ability to stun,push higher, then slow fall to the ground. AKA primary lotus. For maximum damage winged boots are a requirement.

@@dndbuilds You can usually buy a heavy shield and get the common enchantment "doth" for the leg waits. It's for flavor. Then I recommend gauntlets of ogre power or a belt of hill giant strength for a larger enemies. Then it's just 11 levels of frenzy barbarian so you can open up the five gates. Every build I've seen that comes close to this always changes the race to airacocra. It's just not the same.

Just a maintenance tip. Make sure you get your nets made out of restoring rope. The enchantment is in zanathars guide to everything. It let your nets restore on a shot rest.
