Can anyone please tell that is it necessay to put atleat 100% resistance , confusion onto shinobi , as I have a lot of free slots but I have only used them to put 6star attack and hp, And what help will it do to the shinobi , will it become completely protected form damage or something...?

If a Shinobi has paralysis resistance then you need 130% confusion and seal in most cases. That means jutsu effects like seal, paralysis and confusion will not affect your Shinobi making them useless.

can you tell me how to get hero keys its so much rare and costly any other way ?

You can exchange tokens in shope for keys through Summoning on banners but it won't be available for brand new Shinobi unless they just get a rekit. When. A new banner drops then check your daily shop for 5 keys etc. Thats cheapest

Resistances bro + high attack. Lb +3 ge gets evasion huge plus. Just make sure his base eva is 30%+ regardless
