Good idea to have a way to tighten those trusses later. Those thing are just so thick that they would work great in Colorado during the wintertime for heavy loads. Daughters everywhere are going to be jealous of Hannah's new home. Well, you could always resort to what Noah used to build the Ark and lift heavy timbers, even though no one knows how either. We appreciate ya too!

We recently took down some crane beams with a lull. They were steel and spanned 60 feet. Having the right tool for the job means everything!

I built one of these, in place, for a friend's front entry gable, out of rough cut cedar. He paid me for projects by taking me to hockey games. I don't care much for hockey, but the guy is super cool. Good friend to have, so it was worth it. I went to a church event with him once, then we went to the range and shot semi auto pistols in formal clothes. I like my Colt more than his Kimber.

Merle's is the essential on site comedic relief. He's very important😂😂😂😂

What a cool dude need longer videos with Mr Jeff Barron

I do like the steel plated look with big bolts slid through but in order to make an amount of them if there were any odd shapes desired, having a shop with a computer plasma table would be the way to go. Never the less those are some fantastic sized rafters for their length. That will be a very interesting house to see inside once its completed.

It would be great to have some detailed videos of the build, such as showing how the trusses were installed. We saw on Hannah’s video the Lull lifting the truss but not the actual installation. It is going to be a very well constructed home!

Stout Trusses. I got same Makita saw. Takes a bit more to man handle it cutting beams , but works well.
