How to build small boxes for screws faster than ever.

I build storage boxes for screws and nuts in the fastest way with the tools that I have access to.
The goal is not to build the strongest box without speed is more important. These boxes should only be used in a larger drawer for organization. All the boxes with screws that I had before became so hard to find the right one.

Nice shop! I found the video really useful starting at frame 3:39 too bad it wasn't slowed down a bit to see assembly.

I’m not normally one to protest that I don’t have those tools... but seriously, I don’t have those tools. Fun to watch, but not much I could apply in my shop😂

That is very nice. Great shop. In my shop I would need to add a lot of steps but that is the difference between a real production shop and a small shop.

You probably have to do some extra steps, but not many, I think

Your Logosol PH260 does in a single pass what I would do in 7 steps, using 4 machines. In a production shop that saves time and money. I can see using one as a sub contractor to other woodworkers on smaller jobs.

Absolutely true, really love the PH260, do the job so easily in the shop. I going to make some picture frames now. Roughly cut oak in one end and out comes frame material.

Wow such hate for using the tools he has at his disposal. Afterall, he did say faster than ever and using production type tools enables him to uphold that claim. These are simple and easy to make even with basic power tools. A router, and a table saw will do everything that needs done to make a boxes like these. Hell, if I was told I had to male a box like those and I was only allowed one tool, I could do it all on the most basic portable contractor table saw

This is a simple and straightforward video on a very basic design. If you didn't learn how to do it from watching this video, you might need to watch some far more basic woodworking videos and come back to this when you have some more knowledge and experience.

I'm agree. This video only show how he makes the boxes, he didn't explain any technical things. Even 6 years old child can make those boxes if using that high-end machine 👎
