How to BUILD the BEST REVENANT MINION SETUP!

Revenant Minions have recently been popping up quite a bit over the past couple of weeks with people talking about their insane capability at making absurd amounts of money. While I won't be diving into the details as to how the setup makes its money, I have put together a very simple build tutorial for you to follow so you can easily house all of your revenant minions. The best part about this setup is that it works with most other mob minions too, with the exception of larger hitbox mobs such as slime, magma cube, cow, etc. If this tutorial is well received then I'll come up with an updated design for the larger hitbox mobs though, so stay tuned for that.

FAQ's and other information: - I didn't go into depth as to how this setup can earn you an absurd amount of money (around 150m coins/day), but rather just showed off a simple design for it. As a result, I've linked 2 videos in the description of this video that will cover all of those details in depth, so I'd highly recommend checking those out after you've built the design from this one :) - This design does NOT work with slime minions. The slime's hitboxes are too large for the spawning space, disallowing the minions from being able to spawn the slimes entirely. That being said, I'm seeing a lot of comments asking about slime minions specifically so I might start working on a modified design that will work for larger hitbox mobs (slimes, cows, pigs, sheep, etc.) - You can use minion expanders, just make sure that you place the carpets on the upper layer of the build and in any other locations that the minions can reach. Minion expanders increase the range in which minions can place mobs in, so you wouldn't want mobs walking along the top of the design as a result - Do NOT leave surrounding blocks around the design, because this can interfere with spawns. I built this design floating in mid air as it's easy to show where to place what blocks, but if you're confined in a tighter space, it might not work for you because of this. To counteract this, either fill in all possible spawning locations by blocking them up fully, or removing them entirely (leaving void everywhere). Alternatively, use carpets and other spawn-blockers to ensure the mobs spawn on the spawning platform. Hopefully this helps clarify a few things. Probably should've mentioned them in the video but I prioritised keeping it short so you didn't have to waste too much time watching. @@guillenalarnal5356 Loot usually just goes into funding hyper catalysts and maintaining the setup. The bulk of the profit is purely off of gdrags. Once again, check the description for more details since those videos actually cover it

I know it’s been awhile but I have advice. Gemstone gauntlet can have both champion and compact enchants increasing mining exp from diamonds and combat exp from rotten flesh. While collecting the minions having a refined gemstone gauntlet that is recombed with compact X and champion X makes a decent difference in the pet exp that you get with the gdrag.

For the Enderman you can just break the 1 block in the middle on the top and get one more layer of 9 blocks on top

Hey Modern, I currently have a little over 400 mil. I was going to do dungeons but everything is 2x more than what it was a couple weeks back. I can't do kuudra since I don't have a hype or term and farming is pointless since they disabled the tp pads permanently on the garden. Mining is too time consuming and you need to spent like 20-40 hours for powder grinding which I don't have the patience for. What would you recommend I spend my money on? I am combat 50, Mining 50, Farming 42, Fishing 31, and Foraging 21. My MP is 511 and I have 3/4 Hot 10 Star Terror. So as you can see I mostly do combat related things. I also have no minions at the moment since I am trying to figure out which is best for the money.

If you want to do dungeons and you haven't touched it at all, you could prob do up to Floor 4 in your terror with a Juju on archer, then move to Shadow Assassin, maybe Frozen Blaze, for Floor 5-6, and then pick a class for F7 and use the armor from that to do floors beyond. Otherwise, I've gone through the same thought process/shitty gap in gameplay as you. You could either invest in a crazy minion setup and come back to the game much later, or commit to some sort of money making method like dungeons, farming, or mining and sink in a couple hundred hours to afford the hype. If you aren't willing to do that, there isn't much point in continuing to play the game. The gap from where you are to Hyperion is horrendous and they need to work on fixing it badly, but until then, thats basically all you can do.

Blaze, rev, slime, and tara minions seem to keep steady places in the top few minions. I would suggest not to get rev or tara though as it is both expensive and really a grind to craft.

I set this up for vampire minions but I dont think it is working. The minions spawn the mobs, but dont attack them. I dont think poking a hole at the minions eye level is working, but being off the island does produce items.

When you are not on island the game wont make minions produce items - it calculates how much items they would generate if u were on island and puts them in minions

Super compactors and fly catchers. I still don't know whether minion expanders are better than diamond spreadings, but both work with this design. Just make sure you use carpets to block spawning locations if you use Minion expanders

If you use Minion expanders, you will need to place carpets in places they might spawn mobs on. Aside from blocking spawn locations, everything else should work fine

T12s. Revenant minions are not a midgame setup at all, I would check the description for the videos covering it in more detail. Personally I would recommend Blaze minions if you want to use this particular setup, but the typical slime + corrupted soil might be better (and doesn't fit into this design)

Blaze definitely works, since the mob is only 2 blocks tall. I've actually used this for blaze minions before for collection purposes

the structure doesnt work when I try to use blaze minions, whenever I put them down and they shoot the arrows they don't hit it so it just spanws a bunch of them in there and they don't die

There's a very simple fix to this. You either: A. Never AFK on your island. Offline progress still works as intentional B. Break a hole right at the eye level of the minions, but at the feet of the blazes. This will let them shoot the blazes freely with the blazes still not being able to attack you C. Do both A & B, and now you never have to worry about it not generating items

They’re only the best due to the combat exp since you can level gdrags with them

@@NaterooAE Tarantula Minions can level GDrags too I believe, but I'm pretty positive that revs give more combat exp (this might be wrong, so don't take this as fact). Assuming that's true, tarantulas would give more money from the minion drops, but revenants make up for their lack of profits by levelling GDrags faster (which would result in more money anyways most likely)

You need t12s, 2 gdrags and a ton of other stuff to make it worth. Check the videos in the description for more details, because the setup is quite complicated

Slime won't work since their hitbox doesn't fit in the 1x2 or 1x3 space. I'm seeing this comment a lot though so I might post a follow up video covering a similar slime setup if I can come up with one. I've tinkered with larger hitboxed mobs in the past, but haven't come up with a pretty design just yet
