How to build up a Carousel - 5 Hours of Time lapse

Here is a short Time-Lapse of us building up a Carousel in "Schueberfouer 2016" in Luxembourg.
The whole process which took in total 5 Hours is shown in this Time-Lapse in 4 minutes.

I find it interesting that the horse mechanisms have their own geared motors, compared to many of the american ones that use a large angled gear in the center of the mechanism. I'm assuming it has many benefits for the operator and the manufacturer, although it slightly changes the ride experience. I wonder what HP are the motors on this carousel are?

Its made from the company "Lamborghini SRL" in Bergantino Italy
