Great video i wish you can give some figures such as the relationship between VO2 max and PR. Say a runner has certain VO2 max what will be his PR in a race? Say one athlete I have has 72 VO2 max so I want to know how can he pace himself in a 10K race or half marathon or a marathon race? Also is there a certain heart rate we need to keep in a race or treshold or VO2 speed sessions? May be there is no answer to this. Please make a video on the relationship between VO2 max and race pace, treshold pace, VO2 speed session pace, maximum heart pace. Thanks!
