Now I was bad at landing because of the new update and I mostly butter fighter jets but this helped me a lot! It’s nice to see you post videos about things you do. So now I can butter once again!

This turned out to help me a lot with landings in terms of smoothness. I just watched this before doubting that id ever even try to butter a landing but now it is so easy for me to do it thanks to the tips provided in this video and i have already done many butter landings. So thank you for that.

my suggestion when landing in first person is in certain aircraft mostly the lower ones you can see the runway coming up outside of the glass and based on that make your flare as high or low as it needs to be

@@idiotboi4546 I get you I used to play on a Chromebook and they are absolute garbage get a cheap windows laptop or something its not going to work onn a Chromebook because the mobile app from google play isn't optimized for Chromebook and is ment to be used on mobile

I have a lot of flight minutes in the game (into the thousands zone) yet I never found a way to butter. My landings vary from smooth to making Ryanair look like Emirates. So watching this tutorial will surely help me out

also make sure your GPWS says "50" when your at the threshold and "30" when your at the touchdown zone, you typically touch the ground at the aiming point so keep that in mind

I recommend after flaring, lower the throttle down slowly so that you don't fly back up

Did u know there is a cool thing in PTFS. If you hold right click then change the camera view where u want it after that press esc, then press esc again then u can still turn the plane.

Sometimes on the minimap it looks like the destination, for example Tokyo is further away, than it is. THIS, helped.

If your landing in firstperson you need good hearing and loud volume because when you touchdown you hear the tires make a quite "skrrrt" sound oh yeah and if you are new to the video and when u try the papi light and its 2 red 2 white good but you may feel like its too high or too low, adjust it to your preferring but keep it into the 2 red 2 white😊

in first person, i recommend trying the Boeing 737 or the lower (smaller) airliners for beginners, because it is easy to notice when you need to touchdown. the cockpit windows of the Boeing 737 are big, the plane is also really low so its easy to see the runway or the touchdown zone. so please try out buttering with the Boeing 737.

For the Boeing 747 in PTFS, I usually do 3 red lights and 1 white light but like try to stay at the top altitude of that space, I hope you get me its like the lowest point of 2 red lights and 2 white lights and the highest point of 3 red lights and 1 red light is what i do personally. (*edited* also you were late in 2:18, I would give you a 9 for that.)

tip : make sure the landing speed indicator DOES NOT appear before touchdown. when you touch down, slow down and bring the nose gear down, and make sure the landing speed indicator shows at that time. If you had the landing speed indicator on at approach, then you will do a nose wheelie when you touch down
