13:37 Total Expenses of owning car - 24L is good , but after 10 years , the value of car prices will go up with accordance to the inflation and even the fuel, service , intrest rates, insurance premium may also go up . Sir I feel this is wrong info probably ...... 1) 10 years వరకు EMI బదులు SIP chesthe , at the end అందులో taxes పోతే ఏంటి అనేది మీరు మిస్ అయ్యారు...... 2) let's say yaswanth age is 25 now , అతను 10 years మీరు చెప్పినట్టు wait చేసి కార్ కొంటె తన ఏజ్ 35 ...... There is hell lot of difference in his present life style and future ( after marriage ) lifestyle 3) 10 years తర్వాత కార్ cost kooda చాలా పెరిగిపోయి వుంటది....and even if he purchases with that 24 lakhs, again maintenance charges petrol insurance charges will start from there

Don' want to question/comment but, some doubts are 1. car cost will be increased after 10 years and maintenance costs also wii not be same after 10 years i. e. Missed the inflation part of car cost and maintenance costs and also cost of the car rental for 10 years also need to reduced from the savings amount

After doing sector analysis on apparel industry It looks like deeply undervalued because of external factors like high competition, no entry barriers and digital app purchases. So all apparel stocks like page , rupa,dollar and lux are trading cheaply. Among these apparel stocks lux is more discounted but now i feel rural spending will increase now lux industries will be majorly benefited because it has major share on rural segment. Please let me know my analysis is correct.

6:58 His car EMI is ₹14261 plus operational cost for year is 45.62% of his income. 12:45 Investing same amount as EMI ₹14261 is another 28.52% of his income outgoing to Mutual Fund. 45.62 + 28.52 = 74.24% of his income. Remaining 25.76%. What about 20% saving rule like you mentioned sir ?? Then what is left for expenses and any other emergencies???? Peanuts??? 1. Prefer good condition used car. 2. Prefer good hatchbacks instead of SUVs 3. Remember - Sunroof is not suitable for Indian climate. Better never consider sunroof.
