aight this is by no means financial advice, but what i did was i started with an initial portfolio allocation and have since been dollar cost averaging(buying a set amount every week). i think that's the best strategy long term. i'm in this thing for 20 years though, it's my savings account, which allows me to be more or less indifferent to the volatility, which a lot of short term investors cannot stomach. hope that helped

Look at the ETH/BTC monthly chart and tell you're not buying ETH rn

If ETH/BTC gets to .12, and Bitcoin stays at $50K, that puts ETH at $6000 (highly likely - conservative). If ETH/BTC gets to .157 and Bitcoin goes up to, say, $100k someday, that puts ETH at about $16,000 (almost 4x gain from today).

@@kelmag13 I do believe that Ethereum will increase in price, simply because of the 'narrative' surrounding it, and for the fact that newbs want to 'diversify' into the space. It's not a bad bet at all. BUT Ethereum does not compete with Bitcoin, because it does not have sound monetary policy. It's centralized, pre-mined, has a horrible user experience(fees), and it should be labeled as a security by the SEC. I buy Bitcoin for the decentralization, long term SOV proposition, and sound monetary policy that is only controlled by code. THAT BEING SAID, I do have a small Polygon bag lmaooooo the graph looks like ETH 2017
